Everyone has their own reasons for choosing to or not to actively hold an investment position here. No one reason fits all. However, I do understand the jest of the fear and out of this fear I find myself reluctant to expand my position any broader than that which I already own. My circumstances most likely differ from most others here on the board, for I hold no skin in the game. I hold free shares, allocated to myself after selling a 15% slice of my position when the stock price climbed into the upper $4.00+ range way back when (no boasting intended). Though I have no fear of losing my original investment per say, there is an underlining fear linked to the stock's performance that steers me away from wanting to further accumulate and bolster my position.
