This is typical of new companies, and very profitable for shorts. My view is that management is trying to paint the picture, but until they start using numbers like improvement in sales volume and impact on gross margins and projected earnings, they will continue to attract short investors like flies. Without metrics, news triggered trading volume will similarly be anemic (<1mil shares) and attract shorts.
These PR pieces are good and attract ok volume. Put metrics into the PR and watch 2 or 3 million shares trade and the shorts must cover.
Does this company know what it's doing? I always assume the worse and then WHEN I see positives, jump in. There's a lot of folks like me out there I believe.
