Myth


If no audit and form 10 action should be taken against Eric for encouraging

investors to invest and stock manipulation on suggestions of a audit and

form 10 and never delivering. If action is taken then Eric would have to

show where he had retained a auditor and actually paid them instead of

just lying to shareholders to keep share price up. There is no company

in the world that promises for the number of years Eric has said he would

have a audit and never deliver. I would say if action should be taken

Eric may well go to prison.
