I understand your point but you are missing an important detail

When it was at .04 cents etc people were saying it was going up and it went up to .20 only to retrace between .08-.10.

When it was .08-.1 people were talking about it skyrocketing but it remained static for a while. It eventually increased to .95 to retrace back to .50-.70. At this point people were claiming it would go up...After a month or so of waiting it did

It went up to 3.23 and it had its normal retrace. Here we stand today. Obviously no one can predict the future but if you look at the past of this stock and how it operates I think the people who claim it will go up (while they might exaggerate) my personal opinion is that I believe they are correct. Especially when you start looking at the market for the product they are in the final stage of
