When USMJ reverse-splits, investors could see another 90-95% decline in the value of their investment.

USMJ does not have to tell investors they are reverse splitting, when they do it. They would probably rather have investors get stuck when they find out the reverse split happened, then some can dump shares while the PPS tanks (after split), all while many common investors are awaiting their brokerage to let them trade the new split shares. It can take a week or so for those investors to be able to trade again. By that time the dumping may have been underway by other investors/the company/toxic financiers for days.
