DOLV appears to be almost certain to merge w that multi billion dollar car Chinese Electric 3rd generation car company developed over 7 years by the Chinese equivalent University equivalent to our MIT University. New DD taken from the groups annual meeting held on 1/3/2017 mentioned that one of the directors has been appointed for a US listing and the plan is to take 3 groups of companies public. Shortly thereafter that director was appointed to DOLV as a director for DOLV.

Looks like high probability of an SPEA style run to dollars once it's officially announced. I plan on retiring but if TSLA is worth billion market cap on a second generation technology, then DOLV once announced could be at least 5 billion market cap.
