Several years ago, I got an email from the company "Investor Relations" rep spinning the company and asking me to get friends and relatives to buy stock. About two months ago, I was looking at the company website and saw his name still listed as the investor relations rep. So I emailed him to ask some questions about my concerns. His reply? "I haven't been involved with that company for almost two years".

So much for contacting the company's listed investor relations rep. You can't excuse that stuff.

You also can't excuse that the company hasn't made a dime on Medical MJ. They were "working on that" 18 months ago. Any effort to make money in MMJ could have expanded once RMJ comes along.

Now we are hearing about the launch of a "new platform" on WeedTV. Are you kidding?

The shares outstanding have increased FIVE FOLD since I fell for their older promises years ago.

I'm sorry, but the past does matter. If it didn't, nobody would get divorced!
