I’m no lawyer but I do have an imagination:)

Can you imagine if IDCC could call Apple, Samsung and Huawei as witnesses to testify they had no problem with becoming mobile licensees of Interdigital and in the end any litigation was settled because Interdigital was right to defend their mobile patents and the patents were solid.?

Like I said before Big Softie likes to get paid but they hate paying others what is rightfully theirs. As I prviously posted Microsoft bullied most of the Android phone OEM’s into paying royalties to MS and Google was furious but did nothing to defend the practice. Go figure.
