EDIT Shorts look likely they drove down SP to cover...now reversing going into announcement of close of 10% of outstanding selling at $22.50 in secondary...

...look for resumption up to and over recent highs (with MS and JPM as lead institutions in sale...they aren't going to let their investors down)

...perhaps announce a suitor soon thereafter...hummm????
