So you are suggesting that Adamson and Veal didn't realize they were submitting the incorrect address to the SEC since November 2014.
The facts are Adamson tried to be slick with the SEC and it caused shareholders to lose their entire investment and oddly a few are still defending them.
In a year - I will still be reading about HJOE re-registering and revenue is in the tens of millions - that HJOE has a distributor on Mars - that the HJOE jerky is in the Top 10 of new jerky products on Amazon - that HJOE will file as soon as KBM is convicted of violating the New York usury laws - and Adamson has won a Pulitzer Prize for his Social Media commentary.
