Let's finish this up and put those NOLs to some very good use and not waste them...
The ONLY question remains is this:
Are CTs part of the former ownership and therefore in line to benefit from the NOLs?
I would bank on former equity holders being 99.999% ownership of NOLs. Are CTs in the OBS with former shareholders? I think yes with 99% certainty. so we anxiously await an answer from the old Gods and the new...
