I'm personally not buying the opinion of some that Seawave Investment, Ltd., is a phony company with a phony website. Why would a PRIVATE company go thru all that effort making a website and recent operational filings that shows directors combined with showing under the website legitimate companies (some $billion+ companies) as partners and opening new Facebook and Twitter accounts? It appears that Seawave Investment is starting a new business venture offering a broker and consultant type of investment banking and project finance and other services as the front page of the site indicates. The new website states it is focusing on Africa which is where KALO has been trying to put together their hospital and Health business for years. The fairly new Twitter account under the name of Seawave Invest Ltd., shows a Feb 10 tweet in French which interprets to "project financing for hospitals in ghana."

Our KALO shown as a partner surrounded by some large financing and other types of businesses is intriguing to say the least. But specific details are obviously not clear as to what the KALO relationship and business ties are exactly with Seawave. Checking out some of the Partner names which are spread around the world shows some $billion revenue companies and KALO and ERHC Energy as basically penny stock type of businesses at least to date. Some of the $billion operations shown as partners are KazMunayGas International ($3+bil rev), Kuwait Finance House (Assets $55+ bil), Monex Europe ($3.3 bil assets), Barceló Hotels and Resorts Group (100 Hotels in 20 countries including African), Gulf Capital (out of Dubai expanding in West and Central Africa).

Bottom line is KALO is listed as a partner on the Seawave International, Ltd., website. I suggest everyone looking at KALO here study this site carefully and form your own opinion as to whether the KALO and Seawave Internationl Ltd., partnership is legitimate and the reasons KALO is listed as one of several well known global financial and business partners.
