#3/ $CATV One of the most significant strengths of 4Cable TV is its executive team. The team’s extensive knowledge in building world-class organizations and the development of leading-edge technology provides 4CableTV with the necessary vision and dedication.

Rick Jubeck, Vice President Business Development

Rick Jubeck has been introducing and selling cable television equipment and supplies to the industry’s demanding engineering community for almost 30 years. During this time, he created and executed several unique and successful marketing strategies for leading industry manufacturers such as General Cable, Trilogy Communications, Lemco Tool Corporation, and now, 4Cable TV. As to be expected by someone who has established a career of service and integrity in one industry for so many years, his level of access to decision-makers is humbly reported as deep and welcomed. He holds honors and awards from several telecommunications associations for his leadership and achievement. First and foremost is his 2001 induction into the prestigious Cable TV Pioneers. The criteria for nomination is strict (20+ years in cable) and the candidacy essay must make a strong case for the nominee’s contributions to the cable industry. The peer review and voting panel must be unanimous before induction is confirmed. Rick was inducted in his first round … which is rare. Other cable industry honors and recognition include: Outstanding Leadership Award SCTE, Sales Representative of the Year, Alpha Technologies, All Star Sales Award Catel, Distinguished Service Award MCTA, SCTE Committee Service Recognition, Associate of the Year MCTA, Associate of the Year Pennsylvania Cable TV Association, Founding Shareholder, The Cable Center, The Cable Center Honor Roll, The Cable Center 704 Club, SCTE Tom Polis Scholarship honoree, Honorable Order of the Kentucky Colonels – Governor Ernie Fletcher (2004). Jubeck’s extensive recognition stems not just from excellent performance in his executive and sales positions, but also from a lifetime commitment to betterment of the industry and leadership roles in existing associations or some in which he founded. He Co-Founded two SCTE chapters and served as President, was NATE Membership Committee member and Tower Times author, Associate Director, Mississippi Cable TV Association, Associate Director, Southern Cable TV Association for six years, SCTE Senior Member Status achieved eight years ago, Member of The SCTA Tower Club, SCTE Loyal Order of the 704, SCTE Expo Exhibitor Subcommittee Chair, SCTE Construction and Maintenance Subcommittee Chair, served on the SCTA Awards Committee, The Cable Center Steering Committee and The Cable Center Membership Committee. Rick is a proliferative author, publishing several articles in leading cable industry publications such as Multichannel News, Communications Technology, CED, The Tower Times, The Cable Wire, SCTE Interval and STCE Leadership Forum. Jubeck rounds out his exhaustive professional endeavors by contributing his time and expertise to public service, including the USO – Liberty Chapter (Philadelphia), was elected unanimously to USO Board of Directors 2005, was a Founding Parish Council Member at St. Michael the Archangel in Woodstock, GA, and served as President, St. Paul Catholic Church Men’s Club in Jackson, MS. The above record of excellence was launched after completing his studies in Public Relations and Marketing at the University of Georgia.
