Public Union Address? As per the CEO, HIRU is under the understanding that they are not allowed to communicate to the share holders concerning the OTC developments until it's finished.. Basically he is not allowed period and most likely the statement that he put out the other day about the fake tweeter post may have jeopardize that agreement but he did it anyway in hopes to clear that matter up...... We're all good here... IMO best to take advantage of these super low PPS... buy and enjoy the ride.
