Based on recent presentation - it seems that pk/pd data is crucial and Dr M is waiting to start any of the 3 trials - Alz, Rett, Parks

So announcing that data is crucial for progress - it may not increase SP but will signal next steps such as protocol submission.

A3-71 will need IND filing even before protocol submission and it is not on 2017 milestones
