My take on it is OTC is booming now and folks including myself are making $$ on many tickers. I have found myself buying on news on half my plays. I believe many are watching this waiting on this to move or a PR, which ever comes first. I've been here since early Jan so was no brainer for me to already be playing the game here.. but personally know half dozen retail guys waiting on a run, buying pressure, or news.. whichever comes first. With that being said, imo we move this week.
