I was going off of the very recent OTCM SS numbers:

Authorized Shares 500,000,000 a/o Mar 01, 2017
Outstanding Shares 344,956,725 a/o Mar 01, 2017

Those looked great to me, and I agree, 400M is not bad either if O/S has been raised there. I'm comfortable holding what I have. Not a huge position, but such that the potential reward greatly outweighs the risk.
