as we've previously discussed .. it will most likely be an NT .. based on the *presumed* closing of
the RE Asset's date of 3.31.17 .. which probably brings the K being filed into the first week of April ..

just my 2c
but RH doesn't strike me as the type to file separate 8Ks for material events when all with interest
recognize that the annual (K) is due out .. of course RH may prove me wrong and actually file separate
8k/s .. i won't complain .. :)

now if NON RETAILs' prior patterns run true to form .. CEs' will try to *work* that (presumed) NT filed
with their always diminishing version of recycled (resets r possible) volume .. :)

with the *requisite* claims of *selling* .. in reality just this week .. NON RETAIL had to find a GTC of 25000
@ 49c .. to *showcase* their signals .. which are so obvious .. the less *volume* there is .. because as i've
always noted .. low to no volume .. *exposes*
