Hopefully they can close the deal next week but it's possible it could drag on longer. Typically the longer they go past the deadline, the more folks lose faith and start bailing out.

I'm waiting on another merger NE_WG, they are 2 months past their deadline but as far as I know the merger is still on, just taking forever. In that one, the pps has held up remarkably well, despite the fact it could be terminated at any time. A lot of that has to do with them having been able to bring in a lot of big league buyers though.

EPT or the shell owners have not brought in any buyers here yet, with the exception of pre-forward split, but we do at least have a big bidder @ .75 so that should instill some confidence, if it does indeed take longer than March 31.

Personally I would think that we would have started seeing some insider buying if we were getting close but maybe not.
