it is 'suspected' to be so because it is plausible O-care is where all or some fannie money went/goes. we suspected this long before infowars (nice soft bash though implying conspiracy theory).

Also, by implying the o-care syphon notion is a reach, before reading 11k blocked docs, is more of a reach on your part.

lastly, doesn't matter where the money went. Funding any program with fannie money (even 1cent) violates c ship.
