California...too bad the new first offender law takes effect two years after law was passed...BDIC could just work the west coast and Texas and have plenty of market share and fruitful territory to stretch out in. We should also keep in mind that monthly lease fees will creep up on users and will increase revenue as time goes on. Not sure..but I don't think CA requires GPS on all restricted drivers...if they don't now they will down the road..adding even more to the top line.
