well.... the #COWSCAM has many different comparative items vs #PRAWNSCAM

#COWSCAM

1. company had assets and CEO illegally transferred them to himself - so there were actual assets
2. company CEO bought huge additional shares after which he borrowed against those shares
3. in hong kong, you can get some 70% loan to value for liquid securities
4. when the company couldn't get MORE bank financing, the CEO borrowed vs the shares
5. shares imploded, no financing possible, banks walk away, company goes bankrupt.

#PRAWNSCAM

1. company has no assets to transfer. they have "claims against CJV's for work in process."
2. company officers have no cash to do any buying, and current bond owners sell into any volume.
3. you can scarcely borrow legitimately vs OTCBB shares, no volume, so nope, nothing here to do in size.
4. company has no owned assets so financing at bank they could never do.
5. shares implode as bond investors or debt or services debt owners convert and sell

*company doesn't go "bankrupt" so long as they keep paying everyone to keep the FAUX paper company alive with lawyers and related services professionals willing to work for stock. if they ever get another project to PROMOTE then maybe the stock has enough life to trade some more and maybe they scam another investor into doing a toxic debt deal. if successful, the debt deal proceeds are used to promote another WILD fish story. SIAF got 3+ years of mileage out of their last debt deal.

until theyre forward with REAL NAMED CUSTOMERS and REAL PATENTED TECHNOLOGY and a REAL UNDERWRITER for their TriWay spinoff story - we must continue with our working assumptions.

dinner is calling....
