I believe so Zeke. Remember this is a reorganization. Not chapter 7. Carmike Cinemas came out of bankruptcy and the shareholders were made more than whole. so there is definitely precedent. Upland was up a 1.15 today. That is tremendous. Hoping this is the beginning stage of a bidding war and eventual buyout.
