Janice,

You are asking questions of the board that are better to be asked of the new hired attorney. I doubt, though, that he will take billable time to MHC to answer you or me.

I think you'll just have to wait like the rest of us to watch it unfold. I'm confident that the new attorney is hired to shepherd this process right on through to the finish. Probably the financing part too.

Don't worry, I think all the naysayers on this board can only effect, at most, the daily ups and downs a little, if at all.

The MMs certainly can effect the daily up and downs for a while until the process finishes and the new valuation takes place.

What I am pretty certain of is that this merger and APO or whatever they plan to do, will get done in due time. On the company's and the lawyer's schedule, not ours. So I'm patiently waiting. Trying not to get too anxious. I'm comfortable waiting indefinitely as it seems each week we get closer to the end.
