I agree.
It's very sad.
Too bad the company doesn't do something to keep longs on board.
Especially when it is something as simple as keeping your word and being transparent.

It's funny how people blame the investor for the lack of information.

"Call the company"

I get it. You call and they tell you whatever it is they tell you.
And that information can not be taken factually for a few reasons.

They have been wrong or dishonest every time they have been quoted in a private conversation.

There are no repercussions for them to lie to you.

And the company has done this to shareholders in the past at shareholder expense.

Trust is to be earned. They earn it by doing everything by the book.
SRSR is on probation. Or it should be.
And like someone on probation they need to follow every rule or they will be considered criminal again.

Emailing information is NOT how a legit company acts.

They are therefore suspect.
It can't be helped.
Only mentally challenged people will allow a thief to rip them off twice.

Dan could earn the market trust by updating shareholders publically.
Either he is stupid or he thinks we are.
There is obviously something not normal about the deal. Does he think we are to stupid to know this?
He has the same hand full of shareholders emailing and calling.
He he stupid enough to think that these are all of his shareholders?

You come here and act as though you have a secret you won't share and we should call the company to do our own DD.
Is that how Dan expects information to get spread to the public?

Your "do your own DD" fall back is the entire reason that Dan should not be telling people anything in private.

DD comes from public statements.
