I don't think a sale is inevitable. If Kim can enter into profitable joint ventures with several different companies from different sectors he might just stay with that. A JV with leaders in "performance textiles, medical, athletic wear, and luxury apparel markets" plus the military would put him in a great position. Of course this would take a few years but, having those in place could make your $20 price target and more a reality, or he could just stand pat with huge earnings rolling in. In the end it will come down to what he wants to do with himself all day.

Business on this scale is way out of my wheel house, so this is just me day dreaming, or possibly hallucinating.
