Both companies—DE and CAT—are currently overvalued, IMO.

Both are classic ‘GDT’ companies and I own both, although I pared my positions during 2016. I can’t sell more* because the remaining shares have a very low tax basis.

*I might sell more if the tax rate on LT capital gains is eventually reduced.
