Straight up. If LLLI gets that 1/2 mil order today, can they purchase materials (unless they get a substantial deposit which makes the first part of this question a yes) on their own and manufacture them in a timely fashion. I have never seen their facility and have no idea of the real capacity and capabilities for manufacturing and delivering.
