I put a call into AWSL's lawyer J Frank a while back. He said at one time the MBC actually stated he never intended to up-list and/or take the necessary steps for those dividend shares to ever become free trading. Then in a second breath Mr Frank said the MBC stated maybe one day. Hmmmm. Not too promising IMO.
