"Especially if the DOE puts up some money" That is absolutely key. The clock is ticking. The grant criteria changes and the money for clean coal dries up on 1 Oct. according to President Trump's budget. Funds will be directed toward "basic research" that's it. CCTC has to get some DOE money between now and 1 Oct. or it's all over IMHO. I e-mailed the company of the changes to the DOE SBIR & fossil fuel programs a week ago and have yet to receive a response. I hope they are not asleep at the switch on this issue because the DOE train leaves the station on 1 October!
