Very misleading PRs imo

Comparing year2year Q4 "Products & Services" revenues IS NOT comparing REVENUES.. Seems PBIOs revenues were slightly HIGHER or flat in Q4 2015 than they were in Q4 2016!!

So why cant PBIO do whats right? Why the tap dance to camouflage the Q4 decline/flat revenue number? This is one reason why people view PBIO as a PENNY STOCK and why the shares havent budged!!!
