The increase in volume with the price rising is good, no other way to spin that fact.
The best case scenario is that there claim that their inability to bring the pumps to market was solely on legal and cash problems is true.

Recall last year when they announced that they were going into pre-pruduction testing on the pumps and that production would happen that year. They also had announced early in the year that they had acquired $2 million in financing. That 2 million obviously fell through as all research and development stopped the first half of the year and the stock price hemorrhaged as convertibles came due.

I think the recent uptick in volume reflects their diluting shares to get $$ because it was stable in the 9 to 10 cent range for so long. If it is hopefully it reflects getting their getting their business plan moving again. The last convertible due in late Feb was only for $50k, and another one doesn't come due for several months. So I don't think its to pay bills.

If that is the case they could be preparing to begin pre-production for both mobile generation and pumps. What is very positive is that the increase in volume is being absorbed by an increase in interest in the stock. There are several investors who are snapping up large quantities of shares (at prices below the last ask, but still on par or higher than the previous day's price). We have moved from 100k trades per day to 300k with a spike up to 800k+ shares traded.

Price is now in territory its going to get the TA flippers sniffing around. So without news we will likely see volatility. I think there is a possibility of another announcement of the partnership with Craftsman in the near term as they will probably want to have a more well defined contract before they get to far down the road. But then again they may have that planned out after the two month test period (or whatever you want to call it since the CEO didn't like the phrase proof of concept).

If they are finally able to generate $$, we may see an update about the pumps going to market come out of left field. That would be wonderful for stabilizing the stock. We are currently priced in the zone of 'this company may fail with no revenue'. Once we move to this company has established a revenue stream, no matter how small it should have a significant price increase.

The following is to acknowledge the CEO's warning of the dangers of reading message boards....
