Their "Olive Tree People" thing sounds like a classic Snowball system/ Pyramid scheme per the last 10-15 minutes of this ger/engl Marketing Presentation

The Company got liquidated and was forced into BK in Switzerland already back in 2015 for a similar setup.

The only legal looking part seems to be the Oliveda Products itself, but they don't seem to be the main interest Mr.Lommel

Not sure what will hapen if the SEC is starting to look into the Setup, since they have started already with the Marketing activities in the US
