Thats all BS speculations, Meyers still in, but just found a lupole to not raise A/S and start to build the company with their shares. where does it say in the 8k that Meyers has resigned from the deal and gave back their shares. They reinvested their shares that were restricted to up the company....read between the lines. More to follow
