they smack the bid with a small sell to show sellers..but no big selling
ask has some shares now, but its been slowly +++ over the last few weeks.
I expect news or a possible merger. Just based on accumulation.
Other option is a Major Pump from s group, and that works also
So it sure looks cheap at less than .01
