Today - Syncora - got minor good news from Credit Ratings Agencies on one its credits, Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal - DBCT Finance ~>

Not worried about this credit, had some issues with Peabody Bk (new group bought Peabody's ops + restarted mines + Volume+Coal Pricing been excellent recently)
