Hey CPT Chemtrail, I feel you. My wife and I saw the writing on the wall when we dug into theses guys. My mistake was not looking into their fillings "which I usually do: Moreover; according to story on seekingalpha.com;

Well Power Inc. (OTCPK:WPWR) is a shell company, as defined by Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act, and it has very minimal assets. The company's website attempts to create excitement about proprietary technology and clean power, despite the fact WPWR doesn't own any technologies at all.

They are in the grays due to their red flag for not filling and once on gray it is a long time before they will allow you to get back in the pinks, "if they ever were?"
