I rarely post on here but wanted to update some of the new folks on this board. I have spoken with Alex Umbra and we have also exchanged emails regarding UATG. Obviously he can't share too much information with me, but the delays were caused by an internal reorg that was needed, as one of the original board members of UATG was going a different direction that was affecting operational goals. For shareholders, it's been a frustrating wait but when you speak with Mr. Umbra, his philosophy leans more towards putting out information when there is information to put out.
