It was spun by you as "dooms day" for shareholders. You paint Eves as a liar and a cheat. On March 8th (the time of the transaction) shares were .125 per. MM's privy of the deal with Besser, walked the price down from .125 to .10

Happens all the time. Look at CLSN for example. They had an offering at .23 (below market value)and BAM! The price drops to .23 over the next few trading days. Not exactly a "dooms day" scenario if you ask me.. Good luck tho!
