Form 8-K - Confirmation order entered

. . .on March 17, 2017, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri entered an order confirming Peabody Energy Corporation’s (the “Company” or “Peabody Energy”) Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization . . .

That is it. Once the 10 day appeal period has run, the court will enter an order for the 'Effective Date' on Monday, March 27, 2017. The instant the court files that order, the stock will be halted, the shares cancelled and delisted; and that will be the end of the existing common shares.
