I am merely pointing out what is considered gross. I will let the courts decide if what Cowan did was deliberate... even though Cowan was sanctioned by PCAOB and continued on charging TAUG. I am confident they will find that Cowan did in deed deliberately violate a PCAOB rule. But again lets allow the courts to make the determination on that shall we.

After all isnt that why we have courts or should all trials be held on a message board. WAJ
