Great post BB... I was very encouraged when I read the 10K, specifically; "EPT has recently reached a five-year contractual agreement with one of the world’s largest shipping companies for the exclusive use of Liquiride within this company’s ocean-going reefer containers. EPT believe that this relationship will significantly increase revenues over the next several years." They did $17mm in 2016 I believe. A significant increase over this would be very well received in the market and go a long way to support $5 + SP IMO.
