Well put....

...on the R/S ratio: per the items being voted on at the shareholder meeting is the right of management to effect an R/S of "no more than 1:25".

If CVM stays in the 8-9 cent range 25 WILL be the number BUT I would hope some freaking news would be released in the next YEAR to bump it to at least 20 cents minimum making 10 or 15 a more reasonable number
