UPLMQ didn't have 4 different entities trying to steal the company for themselves. The strength of secured debt is a very powerful force.

Not having secured debt doesn't muddy the waters, and makes the process run much more smoothly, with a much clearer picture of the end of the tunnel.

To compare UPLMQ to BBEP isn't even in the same ballpark. Different share structure, different corporate structure, different tax structure. Not to mention a totally different structure of entities vying for control of the company.

My opinion....there are much better companies to use as a measuring stick. You are trying to measure one entity against another, when they can't be compared.
