For a while there was no bid. Now there is OTC OTHER with a bid size of 0.
OTC OTHER only shows up if the ask is greater than the empty bid.

If you set your ask at .0001, the OTC OTHER bid disappears, but you won't sell any shares.

It's like a placeholder bid. Worthless. No money tied to it.

This stock is in no-bid.
