bulldzr, It's no mystery as you suggest it's called taking a profit. Plain and simple many long time investors have sold shares to benefit their family's .

IDCC is virtually a unknown in our retail community which is individual investors like us. I have been saying for years we need some coverage by retail brokers who call their clients and say our analyst says this stock looks good.

As we know no decent retail brokerage with a decent amount of retail investors has ever afforded coverage on IDCC.

Bottom line IMO the institutions and Market Makers control our path.
