Well BP, "a friend of the devil, is a friend of mine." and when this all comes to fruition, I sure hope we'll all be dancing on "shakedown street."

I think the ideas thus far of UPLD getting acquired a pretty accurate. A lot of cash on hand with big tech companies. From their earnings, but to me the biggest thing is, the patents which can give massive defensible positions against all competitors in the space.

Those patents inside of an FB, GOOG, VZ, etc. with the massive legal teams they have would be incredible value for them.
