I really want to see all the info on these insider buys. I also want to see the over allotment sold in its entirety.
These buys seem odd to me so far....
McNally has over 8mil in options and he buys a measly 20,000 shares? Perry 15,407....? Not sure what that says....Hard to complain about insider buys but I'm wondering if they weren't coming up short on the raise and everyone chipped in to close the gap. Sounds crazy I know, but these guys have a ton of options and they don't want the PPS to erode further. What's the deal here? Please tell me I'm an idiot and this is all good.....
