Can't check with TA because the company gagged it, right around the time it announced a share buyback of "up to 300MM shares" and an intention to reduce the float "by 50%" last June (when the O/S was around 1.5B or so).

It then raised the A/S from 2B to 3B, maxed it out, and then raised it again a couple weeks ago from 3B to 5B. To their credit, the company did buy back 30MM shares. At .0001. We think.
