Awesome Sobek...tired of the 30's..

Was reading the 10k from 4th quarter 2015 and thought this was interesting. The company literally got started on a shoestring...borrowing from relatives, issuing shares to anyone who would loan them money, all kinds of debt etc. it really was touch and go and very susceptible to just walkIng away from it all until this last couple quarters. In less than two years Wainer et all have done some good work. Soon 3700 units leased.
